Karndean Versilay is a quick and easy floor preparation system with excellent acoustic and thermal insulation properties. This 10mm thick underlay is suitable for domestic and commercial use and boasts an impact sound absorption of level of 22dB. Each pack contains 4 panels which, combined, cover an area of 2.88msq. 

Please be aware, Karndean Versilay isn’t damp-proof, so shouldn’t be used in kitchens or bathrooms. It needs to be combined with a DPM if you’re installing over a concrete subfloor.
